Reading your last twelve weeks…
Today
Not logged yet
Two minutes. Whatever you actually noticed.
Signs of return
Patterns from a small sample, spotted by simple counting. Interesting, not proof, and not a diagnosis.
Mood
Higher is better. Days you did not log are gaps, not zeros. The marks underneath are the ED check-in.
Waking up
Each sign’s average in the first half of the month against the second. Higher on the row means more present.
Cervical fluid
Not severity, just what was there. Wetter is a sign estrogen is climbing.
Waking temperature
A rise of about 0.2°C held for three days or more is what ovulation looks like on a chart.
Bowel movements
Count per day — a day at zero next to a day at five is the pattern, not a bad reading on either one.
Physical symptoms
Darker is worse. Reading down a column shows what clustered on the same day.
Cravings
How many days each one showed up.
Body pain
How many days each one showed up.
